Eitan Fishbane & Miriam Stern
Sunday, October 21–December 16, 2012

Classes will meet from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at CBS, 354 Maitland Ave., Teaneck. Class continues on Oct 28, Nov 11, 18, Dec 2, and 16. The ABM is open to artists of all media and skill levels who wish to explore Jewish texts and create visual interpretations based upon class study. Work is outside of class and then brought to class for critique and discussion. Information? Eitan Fishbane teaches Jewish mysticism and spirituality at the Jewish Theological Seminary.  He is the author or editor of five books, including The Sabbath Soul: Mystical Reflections on the Transformative Power of Holy Time and Jewish Mysticism and the Spiritual Life: Classical Texts, Contemporary Reflections.
Miriam Stern (MiriamStern.artspan.com)is a painter, printmaker, and installation artist. She has exhibited both in the United States and Israel, and has won numerous awards and prizes.
